After initial assessment and making sure that our father is ready to be admitted for the procedure, we got him admitted. Dr. Vidhyadharan and his team of doctors, SLPs, physiotherapists, dietician, nursing staffs took very good care and explained to us in great detail of each and every procedure and cleared our doubts about the same, which definitely increased our confidence. We found the hospital to be very cleanly maintained and all the support staffs were very friendly during the entire course of our stay. Read more myself and my family 's needs. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The registration process was efficient, and I felt supported every step of the way. The medical team, led by the impressive Dr.Vidhyadhatan, including all doctors and nurses, was exceptional. They took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained my case and issue to me and ensured I was comfortable throughout procedure. What I really value is that they put the patient's feelings and empathize with the patient so that the patient is at utmost rest and at comfort. Their professionalism and compassion truly made a difference. THANC's facilities were clean and well-maintained, creating a calming and reassuring environment. I was particularly impressed by the staff who were always available to help. Dr. Vidhyadharan is truly an excellent doctor and physician. When we meet regularly for my ear, I see that there are sincere efforts to assure and ensure that I as a patient understand my issue thoroughly and options for the short term and also long term. The diligence in explanation is extremely assuring and he also uses real models to explain the problem using the anatomy of the ear in my case. He is a very gentle doctor and highly efficient too. Dr.Sivakumar who also is a veteran cardiologist practices at THANC and I have had the opportunity to be adviced by him on my master health checkups. This is a regular activity by me and my family every year. He is extremely efficient and on point and simplifies understanding the cause and what the possible resolution methods are. During our 25 days stay in hospital, all the nurses and doctors did an excellent job and took great care of my mother in law. I can't forget entire Cafeteria Team who helped me a lot in providing me food as per my requirement even at their odd hours. Dr Vidhyadharan is a very caring person.... When there was a need, he quickly brought experts from various speciality to give treatment for my mother in law. Whenever we called him for assistance, he helped us a lot and extended his full support. So far, I have experienced great delay in insurance billing and discharge formalities in other hospitals. But in THANC, Insurance billing formalities impressed me a lot. They have done their job at a faster pace and we were ready to get discharged by 3 pm...it was such a great experience.
